Starting our journey as a boiler tube and spare parts provider to meet the needs of sugar mills, our mission is to provide reliable and efficient one-stop solution services to help the industry achieve its operational goals. Our Journey

PT. Cipta Tehnik Abadi was founded in 1975 by Mr. Soenjoto Thedjoisworo (Alm.) and began by providing machines, process equipment, steel pipes, and spare parts focused on the sugar industry.

With over forty years of experience, we frequently upgrade our inventory to meet our customer base’s increasingly diverse and complex needs. Our deep relationships with clients and business partners provide us with extensive local and international sourcing, technical expertise, and a wealth of knowledge.

1975

PT. CIPTA TEHNIK ABADI (CTA) WAS ESTABLISHED.

PT Cipta Tehnik Abadi was originally a company that procured boiler tubes and spare parts to meet the needs of sugar factories in Indonesia.

1993

OUR GROUP ACQUIRED PT. ANEKA USAHA PERKEBUNAN (AUP).

Our Group acquired PT. Aneka Usaha Perkebunan (Persero), a government-owned sugar contractor company.

1993 – 1994

PT. CIPTA TEHNIK ABADI'S TURNKEY PROJECT.

PT. CTA and PT. AUP were selected as subcontractors to collaborate with Marubeni (Japan), as the main contractor, to build the development of Sweet Indolampung (Sugar Group) 1 Plant from a capacity of 12,000 TCD to 14,000 TCD.

2011

END TO END SUGAR MILL DEVELOPMENT.

PT Cipta Tehnik Abadi (CTA), Indonesia, in collaboration with Sutech Engineering Company (SUENCO), Thailand, which is the largest sugar industry contractor company in Thailand, established PT Indo Sutech Sejahtera (ISS) which is the first foreign sugar industry contracting company as a result of Indonesia-Thailand cooperation.

2012 – 2013

TRUSTED FOR SUGAR MILL PROJECT:

Fabrication and Installation of Equipements for 600 TRD Sugar Refinery.

2012 – 2014

PT. GENDHIS MULTI MANIS - BLORA, CENTRAL JAVA.
Supply & Erection of New Sugar Mill Capacity 4,000 TCD With 600 TPD Sugar Refinery Producing 100% White Sugar

2015 – 2016

PT. ADI KARYA GEMILANG - SOUTH LAMPUNG.

Supply and Installation Equipements for Mill House, Raw House at Capacity 8,000 TCD Expandable to 12,000 TCD with Back-end Refinery Process House at Capacity 600 TPD Producing 100% White Sugar.

2017 – 2019

PT. REJOSO MANIS INDO - BLITAR, EAST JAVA.

Supply and Installation Equipements for Raw House at Capacity 10,000 TCD Expandable to 15,000 TCD with Back-end Refinery Process House at Capacity 1,500 TPD Producing 100% White Sugar.

2018 -2020

PT. PRIMA ALAM GEMILANG - BOMBANA, SOUTHEAST SULAWESI.

Supply and Installation Equipements for Mill House, Raw House at Capacity 8,000 TCD Expandable to 12,000 TCD with Back-end Refinery Process House at Capacity 800 TPD Producing 100% White Sugar.

2020 and continue to grow

PT Cipta Tehnik Abadi (CTA) began to develop wings outside the sugar industry by serving the following industrial sectors: F&B, Palm Oil, Chemical, Power Plant, Paper & Pulp.
